Change of Mind
If you change your mind after purchasing one of our items, you can return it to us within 30 days of the purchase and receive a full refund.
Once you return the item to us, you will not get your item back. We will carefully examine it and refund you if you can show the original receipt and the item is unused with its packaging remaining intact.

Faulty Product
If the product is faulty, you can return it to us and receive a full refund under the Australian Consumer Law.
